Notice Regarding Chip Cards:
NBTA Credit Union's Debit Cards are being converted to chip
cards as they expire. Some Exchange Network ATM's are
not yet "chip ready" and will charge you a small fee to
deposit/withdraw. This is out of our control but we're told
this issue will be resolved in September. NBTA Credit
Union's ATM and most other Credit Union ATM's are chip
ready.
Bill Payment Notice
If you would like to make a bill payment for an amount
greater than $25,000, please contact us before doing so.
This limit is in place for security purposes and we will gladly
help you make a larger payment should you need to do so.

Do You Use Pre-Authorized Payments?
When setting up a new Pre-Authorized Payment, remember
to check with your Credit Union to be sure you are giving
the payee your proper account number. Call us toll free
at 1-800-565-5626.
Your MemberDirect Login Has Changed
Account holders are now required to login to MemberDirect
using the "00" account type. Example: If your chequing
account number is 11111-10-1, you now login as
11111-00-1 .
